Types of housing

Single-level, two-level and the house itself

There are no layouts in open sources, so we do not draw plans. But the areas, the number of bedrooms and how one type differs from another are known.

Finishing

Two options — and two wordings

The developer offered apartments in two versions. On the Sea Breeze site this is described as follows: option 1 — without finishing, option 2 — with finishing. In the resort's presentation the wording is different: “the first option: renovated, the second: with rough finishing”.

In practice it is about one and the same choice — to take a ready apartment or to finish it to suit oneself — but the order of the options is mixed up in the two official documents. We give both versions and do not reduce anything to one.

The interior frames shown by the resort are from the Sea Breeze presentation: a light living room with a kitchen and a bedroom. This is a showing of the finished version, not a mandatory standard for all apartments.
