The main point
This is housing, not a hotel
Woodville is a residential quarter: there is no reception, check-in desks or open doors here. The Sea Breeze territory is closed, and access is through the resort entrance from the side of the Nardaran highway.
On the Sea Breeze site Woodville stands in the “Hotels” catalog, and the card has a button “Book a stay”. But in the resort's booking service as of 18.09.2026 the quarter is not there: there are Lighthouse, Sea Breeze Hotel, White Residences, White Villas 1 and 2, Park Residences 1, The Grand, Sea Breeze Villas and Villas By Sea Breeze. So we will not promise that you can rent an apartment here for a night.
