A Scandinavian settlement inside the resort
Woodville is a residential quarter on the territory of Sea Breeze: 57 houses of two to three floors arranged around a shared courtyard with a pool and a park. The houses are wood-and-graphite: dark standing-seam metal on the slopes, cedar wall cladding, wide window frames, balconies without rounded corners.
Formally this is not a hotel and not an apart-complex with a reception but housing: the apartments were sold to private owners, and since 2025 the quarter has been settled. On the Sea Breeze site Woodville has a “Book a stay” button, but in the resort's booking service itself the quarter is not there as of 18.09.2026.
The architect is Natalya Pristenskaya (the “Architecture” section on the Sea Breeze site). The landscape of the courtyard is by the studio One to One — Architecture & Design, the Azerbaijan Design Award V award in January 2026.
The plot is 1.44 hectares (the news item about the start of sales of 27.03.2023). The handover according to the property card is 2025; clips about readiness for settling appeared as early as November 2024.
