The courtyard and pool

For the first two years the quarter lived without a pool: there was only a park in the courtyard. The basin was opened in summer 2026 — in June the clip “Woodville: a summer with a pool” came out, in July — “Now leisure at Woodville comes with a new pool”.

The pool is long, stretched along the courtyard, with sunloungers and young palms along the edges. From the second-floor balconies the water is visible straight from the apartments: the houses face it with their facades.

There are no opening hours or access rules in open sources. By everything visible in the frames, this is the quarter's private pool, not a resort-wide one: it is inside the courtyard, between the houses.

In January 2026 Woodville won the nomination “The landscape design of a residential environment” at the Azerbaijan Design Award V. The award went to the project of the studio One to One — Architecture & Design; Sea Breeze published the news about it on 18.02.2026.

What exactly was awarded can be seen from above: between the rows of houses there is not a rectangular lawn but winding paths, green islands and grounds. The courtyard is arranged as a small park in which you can stroll, not just walk from the car to the entrance.

The quarter also has children's and sports grounds — they are indicated in the quarter's card, in the news item about the start of sales and in the resort's presentation. The sources do not name the exact places and sizes.
